Without moving your mouse, take a mental picture of your body, noticing . . .

Your sitting posture . . .
      Are you slouching toward your screen or sitting comfortably upright?

Your neck and shoulders . . .
      Are your neck and shoulders tense or relaxed?

Your breathing . . .
      Is your breath full and easy or shallow and choppy?
